Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting across large hyperscale data center projects. You will partner with project management, accounting, procurement, estimating, and field operations to deliver accurate financial information and drive performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in project controls or cost management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance targets.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and cost reports.
• Support project teams by identifying trends, risks, and variances.
• Develop project controls processes, tools, and reporting.
• Train teams on project controls systems and reporting requirements.
• Travel about 75% and support long-term onsite assignments across North America.
