Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead hyperscale data center deployments and build a scalable team. You will oversee network engineers, coordinate with partners and MSPs, and drive fast, high-quality project delivery across global regions.

The role combines hands-on design, deployment, and troubleshooting with strategic team development, ensuring standards and efficiency in network operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of network engineering in large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management and change control in enterprise environments.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers.
• Act as escalation point and provide hands-on support for complex problems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to integrate new technologies.
• Ensure project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones achieved.
• Drive deployment quality assurance with field walks, ENS Network Readiness Checklists, audits.
