Job summary

Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead the deployment of hyperscale data centers. This central role leads a team of network engineers and coordinates with partners, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Extensive network engineering experience in large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management and change control processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and global regions
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues, providing hands-on support and guidance to resolve complex problems swiftly
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to integrate new technologies and drive innovation
• Ensure project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones are achieved
• Drive deployment quality assurance through field walks, ENS Network Readiness Checklists, and audits
• Distribute deployment workload among team members based on projections, OKRs, and KPIs
• Improve operational efficiency with standards compliance across the network
• Identify root causes in complex systems and implement process enhancements
• Standardize design, testing, and implementation of scalable network solutions; serve as primary relationship owner for TCs and MSPs
• Oversee site financial forecasts, budgets, and controls for network build and operations
• Lead by example and foster cross-regional teamwork and development
