Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Center Capacity Manager to lead the ENS Foundation's capacity planning across global data centers. You will manage a team of engineers, drive efficiency, reliability, and risk management through processes, systems, and data, and partner with field ops, logistics, and vendors to ensure on-time capacity delivery.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale Meta's compute infrastructure globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing engineers and organizations.
• 7+ years of work experience with designing and deploying large-scale data center connectivity infrastructure.
• Thorough knowledge of structured cabling and infrastructure design and installation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the capacity function across multiple sites.
• Distribute the capacity workload based on projections, OKRs, and KPIs across skill-sets, people resources, and company priorities.
• Work with FieldOps leaders and engineers to ensure on-time delivery with partners of rack SLAs, ensuring throughput objectives are met.
• Manage stakeholder communications and represent the team in XFN leadership meetings.
• Create, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, provisioning workflows, and acceptance criteria ensuring all processes adhere to Meta-wide best practices.
