Meta is seeking a Data Center Capacity & Network Manager to lead deployment of hyperscale data centers. You will guide a team of network engineers, coordinate with partners and MSPs, and drive timely delivery with quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering for large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management and change control in enterprise environments.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and regions.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues and provide hands-on guidance.
• Coordinate with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs to drive timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI and equipment vendors to adopt new technologies.
• Ensure network turn-up timelines and milestones are met with quality assurance.
• Drive efficiency through standards, policies, and process improvements.
