Job summary

Meta in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead hyperscale data center deployments and a growing team of network engineers. You will own project delivery, coordinate with partners, vendors, and MSPs, and drive ownership, speed, quality and efficiency across regions.

You will perform hands-on design, deployment and troubleshooting, mentor staff, manage budgets and forecasts, and establish standards for scalable network solutions while aligning with Meta's AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering for large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with incident management and change control in enterprise environments.
• Collaboration with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and regions.
• Escalation point for technical issues with hands-on guidance to resolve problems.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and controls for network build and operations; drive standards and efficiency.
