Meta is hiring a Data Center Capacity and Support Manager to lead a team of network engineers across global data centers. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, quality, and efficiency, with hands-on technical contributions in design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

You will oversee deployment work across regions, mentor team members, and coordinate with partners, vendors, and MSPs to meet aggressive project timelines and data center standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering for large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with network incident management and change control processes.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams to deliver network services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and global regions.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and provide hands-on guidance to resolve complex problems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to integrate new technologies.
• Ensure project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones achieved.
• Drive deployment quality assurance with field walks, ENS Network Readiness Checklists, audits, and data center standards.
