Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial projects across the USA. This working foreman role requires hands-on experience and the ability to train technicians and own daily execution of structured cabling and fiber scopes on fast-moving jobs.

You will report to the Project Manager, ensure safety and quality, manage crew productivity and material staging, and communicate professionally with clients and GCs while traveling 100% to project sites

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role as Foreman or Lead Technician.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians on active hyperscale data center and commercial sites, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Handle workforce planning, crew scheduling, labor tracking, and timesheet completion.
• Train technicians in installation methods, test equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
