Job summary

LINX is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large-scale commercial projects across the United States. You'll run crews, own quality, and serve as the on-site problem solver for clients and general contractors.

The role requires 100% travel to nationwide sites with most work on-site. You will manage safety, testing, materials, and scheduling while mentoring technicians and coordinating with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optics, and pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and leads across large projects.
• Set crew priorities, manage scheduling, and make on-site decisions.
• Train technicians on methods, test equipment, and quality standards.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization to close-out.
