Job summary

TeamLINX in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the United States.

You will run crews of 20–50 technicians, own project quality, manage safety, and coordinate with GCs and clients on-site daily. Travel 100% nationwide; strong leadership and hands-on installation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and leads across medium to large-scale projects (hyperscale data centers and commercial construction).
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities, manage scheduling and staffing levels, and make real-time on-site decisions.
• Conduct hands-on technical training covering installation methods, test equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Manage materials on-site from receipt to procurement, flag shortages to project manager.
