Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large-scale commercial construction projects across the USA. The role is senior-level, with on-site leadership, client coordination, and a focus on structured cabling and fiber install.

You will manage crews, ensure quality, and drive safety while coordinating with GCs and clients. This position requires extensive hands-on field work and travel across the USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OCI, etc.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and associated pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and leads across medium to large-scale projects.
• Set daily and weekly crew priorities, manage scheduling and staffing levels, and make real-time decisions.
• Conduct hands-on technical training for technicians and leads covering installation methods, test equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization through close-out for structured cabling and related infrastructure.
