Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large‑scale commercial construction projects across the United States. The role is senior, on‑site, and requires coordinating crews, ensuring quality, and solving issues as they arise.

The incumbent will manage structured cabling and fiber, supervise 20–50 technicians, and travel nationwide with a focus on safety and compliance. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta.
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation across structured cabling and fiber optics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial projects.
• Set daily/weekly priorities, manage scheduling, and make real-time on-site decisions.
• Provide hands-on training covering installation methods, test equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and clients to ensure scope and schedule are met.
