Job summary

LINX in Utah is seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large commercial projects. You will run crews, own quality, and serve as the client-facing problem-solver on site.

The role sits on a strong field leadership ladder, bridging hands-on installation with project leadership, and offers a clear path to Project Manager as volume grows across the USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading low voltage or structured cabling crews on complex commercial projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers and major clients (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta).
• Hands-on mastery of low voltage installation and testing.
• Ability to read construction documents and interpret schedules.
• Strong leadership and safety culture on active jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews across medium to large projects.
• Set priorities, schedule staffing, and make on-site decisions.
• Train technicians on installation methods and quality standards.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization to close-out, ensuring documentation and testing meet standards.
• Represent LINX in meetings with GCs, owners, and clients.
