Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will direct field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage complex operations while traveling up to 75% and supporting long-term onsite assignments across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Proven leadership of field teams on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities for hyperscale data center projects.
• Supervise Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on site.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
• Review progress and performance metrics; take corrective actions as needed.
• Support scheduling, planning, and operational planning efforts.
