Job summary

Sourceability is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead NA hyperscale and cloud growth. You will expand the customer, supplier and partner pipeline across USA, Canada and Mexico, shaping messaging and driving revenue with senior leadership alignment.

You will travel 30–50% as needed, leveraging an extensive network in memory and storage markets to win long-term partnerships and broaden the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or sales with revenue growth track record.
• Experience in memory and storage distribution or related industries.
• Valid driving license for local travel.
• Passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Experience working remotely and delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to profile customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the NA Hyperscale and Cloud pipeline for Sourceability.
• Own messaging and engagement with customers, suppliers and partners in USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and profitability.
• Manage CRM pipelines and craft strategic growth plans.
• Travel 30–50% across the Americas as needed.
