Cloudbeds is seeking a Hypercare Onboarding Coach to support clients as they go live on our platform. You will analyze live data, troubleshoot integrations, and design processes that minimize live-environment friction for hoteliers while delivering empathy-driven support across time zones.

You will leverage AI tools to streamline admin work, personalize every interaction, and help clients become self-sufficient before transitioning to long-term relationship managers.

Competenze

• Over 3 years in hospitality operations (front desk, revenue, or similar) at a boutique or leading hotel.
• At least 3 years in B2B SaaS in high-touch customer success or technical support for hospitality.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building skills.

Mansioni

• Own post-go-live safety net, monitoring system health, team sentiment, and product adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce admin drag and provide real-time guidance to clients.
• Manage high-priority ticket queues and urgent calls across time zones.
• Investigate root causes and collaborate with Product to resolve complex issues.
