Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Implementation Project Manager - Hypercare in the United States. You will oversee the transition from software implementation to ongoing benefits administration and ensure go-live success and post-launch support.

You will coordinate timelines across implementation, client services, service center, and center of excellence teams, manage risks, and drive knowledge transfer to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred.
• Minimum five years in project management, implementation, or client relations.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in benefits administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the transition of new client implementations to ongoing benefits administration, including go-live activities, transition events, and post-launch hypercare support.
• Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely execution and smooth collaboration among teams.
• Build strong working relationships across internal teams and provide regular executive updates on progress.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve operational challenges, escalating as needed.
• Facilitate transition kick-off sessions, training and knowledge transfer meetings, and status reviews.
• Ensure essential implementation documentation is complete and accessible to receiving teams.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and hold stakeholders accountable across implementation and hypercare.
• Evaluate post-launch client performance and address emerging concerns to sustain service quality.
• Establish feedback loops between implementation, admin, and sales to improve future processes.
• Track industry developments and recommend improvements to client service strategies.
