Job summary

bswift LLC is seeking a Hypercare Manager to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations on the bswift platform. You will manage go-live activities and hypercare efforts, coordinate cross-team knowledge transfer, and monitor progress across transition, ongoing support, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management experience in the benefits administration space.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholder relationships across implementation, ongoing client services, service center, and center of excellence teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing administration and handle go-live activities.
• Lead knowledge transfer meetings, status updates, and governance meetings during transition and hypercare periods.
• Monitor timelines and ensure documentation is completed and accepted by receiving teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when appropriate and communicating delivery dates.
