Job summary

Healogics seeks a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the daily operation of chambers. You will supervise safety programs, train staff, and ensure maintenance of equipment while coordinating with clinical leadership.

The role requires strong attention to safety, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration to support patient care across a large wound care network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CHt/CHS preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification to be maintained.
• CHT or CHS certification and HBO safety training are preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code related to hyperbarics.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperbaric safety program and activities.
• Oversee safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems.
• Coordinate with providers and management on upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards.
