Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to ensure the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems.

You will oversee patient care delivery, monitor therapy sessions, and maintain meticulous records in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will collaborate with the Program Director and clinical leadership to sustain safety programs, perform risk assessments, and coordinate upgrades while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current certification as applicable in state practice (RN/LPN/MA etc.) preferred.
• Preferred: CHT or CHS certification and HBO safety coursework.
• Experience with hyperbaric safety and chamber operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related support systems.
• Administer and monitor hyperbaric oxygen therapy per prescription and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily logs for treatments and visits.
• Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Lead safety program activities and quarterly drills; update policies as needed.
