Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and oversee safe operation of hyperbaric chambers. You will manage day-to-day maintenance and lead safety initiatives across the hyperbaric program.

You will collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety, drive safety drills, and coordinate chamber upgrades and repairs in alignment with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CHT or CHS certification preferred.
• Pre- or post-hire HBO safety training recommended.
• State licensure or certification as applicable to practice may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs hyperbaric chamber operator duties and patient education.
• Administers HBO therapy as prescribed and monitors patient responses.
• Maintains accurate daily treatment records and logs.
• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chambers and support systems.
• Leads the hyperbaric safety program and coordinates safety drills.
• Ensures equipment meets safety standards and NFPA 99 compliance.
• Collaborates with Program Director and staff on upgrades/repairs.
