Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to manage the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead safety programs, maintain equipment, and collaborate with medical staff and facility management.

The role requires coordination with the Program Director and senior management to develop policies, conduct drills and drive safety initiatives in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with hyperbaric therapy and safety programs.
• Ability to administer hyperbaric therapy and monitor patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, educate and orient patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administer therapy and monitor chamber equipment and patient responses.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate chamber upgrades, maintenance and safety drills.
• Develop and revise department policies and procedures with senior management.
• Lead the hyperbaric safety program and ensure a safe facility environment.
