Job summary

Healogics seeks a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee safe hyperbaric chamber operation and therapy delivery. You will lead the safety program, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain essential patient records in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will coordinate with medical staff to implement safety standards, supervise staff, and drive ongoing training and drills to protect patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current CHT or CHS certification preferred.
• Completion of HBO Safety course (pre or post hire).
• Introductory Hyperbaric Training Course completion required/preferred.
• Current healthcare professional license as applicable.
• Two+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chamber(s) and related systems.
• Administers HBO therapy per Hyperbaric Provider and monitors patient safety.
• Maintains accurate daily treatment records and patient charts.
• Leads the hyperbaric safety program and conducts drills.
• Ensures safety policies meet NFPA 99 and other standards.
• Coordinates upgrades/repairs with Program Director and management.
