Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the day‑to‑day operation of hyperbaric chambers. This role requires coordinating safety initiatives, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliant practices across the department.

The successful candidate will lead safety drills, oversee documentation, and collaborate with medical and facility leadership to sustain high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsabilités

• Preparing, educating and orienting patients about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administering the hyperbaric therapy as prescribed and monitoring chamber equipment and patient responses.
• Making data entries for daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care visits; keeping patient records.
• Operating and maintaining hyperbaric chambers and oxygen systems as required.
• Leading the safety program and conducting safety drills.
• Coordinating upgrades, modifications and repairs with the Program Director to ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborating with facility management and medical staff to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Developing and annually revising department policies and procedures, and maintenance documents.
• Maintaining compliance with NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code for hyperbarics.
