Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems. You will ensure patient safety, perform daily maintenance, and manage safety programs within a clinical setting.

You will collaborate with medical and facility leadership to update policies, conduct safety drills, and maintain NFPA 99 compliance, while guiding staff through complex, high-stakes procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CHT or CHS certification preferred.
• Hyperbaric Oxygen Safety course completed within past 5 years.
• Introductory Hyperbaric course from recognized bodies (NB/DH/DoD/SH) preferred.
• Current healthcare license as applicable (LPN/LVN or CHS).

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains hyperbaric chamber(s) and related systems safely.
• Lifts or transfers patients as needed per policy.
• Documents daily treatments and visits accurately.
• Coordinates chamber upgrades/repairs with Program Director.
• Leads safety program and quarterly drills.
• Ensures compliance with NFPA 99 and relevant policies.
