Job summary

Industrial Power Systems LLC is seeking an Outside Sales-Territory Sales Manager to drive direct sales to customers focusing on fluid power and hydraulic components. You will build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored product solutions through face-to-face interactions.

Key duties include developing sales strategies, delivering bids and presentations, and maintaining accurate customer files while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions, including gross profit/gross margin calculations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Experience with industrial distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Sell products to current and new accounts and develop and coordinate target accounts.
• Apply creativity to solve problems.
• Coordinate efforts with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maximize profitability by utilizing programs, promotions and product support materials.
• Maintain technical knowledge and serve as a technical resource for others.
