Smith+Nephew in Albuquerque seeks an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management to partner with healthcare providers and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of wound care solutions across acute and post-acute settings.

This field-based role drives territory growth, supports clinical education, and builds lasting partnerships with clinicians, nurses and purchasing stakeholders through engaging in-services and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales success in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence customer decisions.
• Experience managing territory and pipeline.
• High accountability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth and satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
