Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Workspace Experience and Operations Manager to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across multiple client sites. You will lead facilities services, coordinate vendors, and guide future workplace initiatives in a hybrid, client-focused environment.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to create safe, efficient, and welcoming workplaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workplace management or facilities operations.
• Experience managing vendors and work orders in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage workplace operations across multiple sites and ensure services meet SLAs.
• Oversee third-party vendors for janitorial, maintenance, and other services.
• Maintain work order processes and KPIs using Corrigo and related tools.
• Support workplace projects and change management initiatives.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and VIPs to meet expectations.
• Monitor health, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
