Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with DNR employees at all levels.
• Lead complex, agency-wide efforts to determine Workday functionalities meeting DNR requirements.
• Create documentation aligning Workday functionality with DNR needs.
• Provide expert advice to management on Workday-related practices.
• Identify and elevate gaps between Workday and DNR requirements.
• Analyze alternatives and present gap-resolution recommendations.
• Support knowledge transfer during project execution and post-go-live sustainment.
