Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the Workday HCM domain and related HR technology platforms. You will optimize systems, ensure data integrity, and deliver comprehensive reporting to support HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workday administration and strong collaboration with HR, IT, and finance teams. This hybrid role requires residence in Washington state and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday administration, configuration, and support experience.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, and workforce management functions.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME for Workday HCM and related functionality.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday processes, org structures, and system settings.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Support Workday integrations and interfaces with UKG Dimensions and vendors.
• Lead HR technology projects, upgrades, testing, and process redesign initiatives.
• Provide training and advanced troubleshooting support to HR stakeholders.
