You will lead cross‑functional teams, document requirements, and advise on Workday gaps, ensuring alignment with DNR business practices and the ERP system of record.

You will work from Olympia with partial telework flexibility, engage stakeholders, and deliver training materials while supporting sustainment

Qualifications

• This position requires an associate’s degree and two years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in two or more areas: analysis, requirements development, testing, and process improvement.
• Experience creating tools, templates, and training materials.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Workday is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with DNR staff at all levels and lead cross‑functional work.
• Analyze Workday functionalities to meet DNR business requirements.
• Create documentation aligning Workday with business needs.
• Provide SME guidance to internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate gaps in Workday functionality and propose options.
• Collaborate to analyze alternatives and present gap‑resolution recommendations.
• Adapt materials for end users and support Knowledge Transfer during execution.
