This role, based in Scottsdale, delivers functional Workday expertise across HR processes, partnering with HR and technology teams to maintain data integrity and improve HR efficiency. You will configure, test, and support Workday changes in areas like HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting, while guiding end users and leading small enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday or similar HR system in a functional/analyst role.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Compensation.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday support and issue resolution.
• Configure and test Workday changes across HR domains.
• Assist with recurring HR processes like open enrollment, payroll, and benefits cycles.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and reports.
• Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with HR and IT partners to deliver Workday solutions and data integrity.
