Job summary

Aspire General Insurance is seeking a Workday Financial Systems Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and administration of our Workday Financials ecosystem. This role connects financial, operational, and workforce data across multiple systems and collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday Financials experience and a strong background in data integrations, data modeling, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
Experience supporting or administering Workday Financials.
Knowledge of data modeling and data management best practices.

Responsibilities

Support design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center.
Define financial and operational data requirements across source systems.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT and Data Management to support automated data integration.
Build, maintain and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation processes in Workday Prism.
Configure Accounting Center rules and mappings for automated journal entry processes.
Support data validation, reconciliation, and data integrity initiatives.
Assist with ongoing integration initiatives involving banking and treasury where applicable.
