Job summary

First Financial Bank seeks a Wire Transfer Specialist to support the Wire Transfer Department with data entry, basic calculations, client support and file maintenance. The role combines hybrid remote work and on-site activity at our Pictoria location, with duties including wire research, fraud recall, and process documentation.

Applicants should have prior banking experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in banking software (e.g., Jack Henry) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior Banking Operations or Retail Banking experience.
• Strong customer service experience, including client issue resolution.
• Basic knowledge of banking software (e.g. Jack Henry).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, basic calculations, file maintenance and client support.
• Wire Transfer Entry using bank software and research via Fedwire.
• Clerical duties including filing and scanning.
• Handle internal/external calls and escalation of issues.
• Balance and reconcile, participate in special projects as needed.
