Responsibilities

• Processes billions of dollars monthly of incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Perform daily tasks in a timely manner without jeopardizing quality and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Balance accounts and wire totals; assist with morning and end-of-day processing.
• Support retail staff and other departments with wire transfer questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
