FirstBank Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Wire Operations Specialist to support domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring compliance with AML, OFAC, and bank policies. You will assist with recalls, investigations, and research requests while maintaining quality service for branches and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process wire recalls, returns and investigations within a reasonable timeframe to mitigate customer impact.
• Track progress of recalls, returns and investigations and maintain logs and files of service messages.
• Process and approve foreign currency outgoing wire transfers in compliance with Bank policies.
• Review all wire transfers for OFAC hits prior to processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements surrounding wire transfers.
• Investigate, close and provide error resolution on Consumer International Dodd/Frank transactions.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing wires daily and perform next day verification.
• Assist customers and branch personnel with wire instructions and inquiries.
• Perform reconciliations and other ad hoc projects within the department.
