Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Verify wire requests for authenticity, approvals, and compliance.
• Monitor wire activity and ensure completion within service standards.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Assist with audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.
• Provide customer support for operational inquiries (deposits, online banking, debit cards).
• Manage and respond to requests through the bank's ticketing system.
• Support branch staff and Operations team with training and guidance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Participate in weekend operational support rotations.
• Provide operational support for Redstone Bank when applicable.
