You will handle ACH and check exceptions, notices, and accounting entries, while supporting colleagues to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in banking or financial services required.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wires.
• Serve as contact point for customer inquiries.
• Post transactions to loans and research as necessary.
• Process ACH and check exceptions.
• Produce notices regarding account activity and communicate with customers.
• Make entries to accounting and customer clearing accounts.
