Winebow is seeking a Customer Service professional for our Benicia, CA office. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service to internal and external clients, processing orders, and supporting the Sales team with product knowledge.

Hybrid in-office schedule (Tue–Thu in office, other days remote) requires strong multitasking and communication skills. Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and a passion for wine.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior computer and phone customer service experience in luxury goods sector required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Processes and coordinates routine and special customer order transactions.
• Maintains knowledge of Winebow products and supports sales staff.
• Responds to emergency orders and customer service issues promptly.
• Occasionally covers front reception desk and assists with related duties.
