Winebow is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to join our hybrid office in Pine Brook, NJ. The role focuses on handling user requests, provisioning accounts, and maintaining IT resources for new hires and staff.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, monitor systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable IT services. Travel within the US is limited as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years IT Operations experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document, test, and train end users on applications and systems.
• Strong hardware, software and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Limited travel in the US; hybrid role based in Pine Brook, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, ticketing system and email.
• Act as customer advocate to resolve issues promptly.
• Provision login accounts and IT resources for new hires.
• Monitor network nodes and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Repair hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers.
• Document interactions for tracking and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database and development teams.
• Complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to other IT teams as needed.
