Job summary

Consor is seeking a Professional Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the El Paso area. You will apply advanced engineering principles to develop cost-effective solutions and ensure regulatory compliance across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.

You will mentor junior engineers, support client engagement, and help drive project execution with strong technical leadership and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• 4+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee the development of design plans, specifications, reports, calculations, and construction documents for water and wastewater systems.
• Apply engineering principles to develop technically accurate, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, flow analyses, and system evaluations to support planning and capital programs.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery and technical consistency.
• Provide technical leadership, budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and QA/QC throughout project development.
• Prepare permitting applications and regulatory submittals with stakeholders to facilitate approvals.
