Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead a team focused on water and wastewater projects, overseeing design and management of facilities and infrastructure, while cultivating client relationships.

The position offers above market compensation, 100% company-paid benefits, a strong bonus program, and a flexible schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). PE licensure is preferred and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction with projects.
• Involve design of treatment facilities, raw water intakes, booster stations, regional planning, mapping, sanitary sewer design, asset management, and permitting.
