Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in a hybrid role in the Virginia region. You will lead a team and guide design and management of water and wastewater projects for diverse clients.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering background, 8+ years of municipal design experience, PE licensure or the plan to obtain it within 6 months, and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency. Competitive compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee the design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Involve treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster stations, regional water planning, and asset management.
