Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Austin, TX with a hybrid schedule to lead a team delivering municipal water and wastewater projects. You will oversee design and client relations across treatment facilities, intakes, pumps, and mapping, while pursuing PE licensure if needed.

The role offers $120,000–$175,000 per year, above-market compensation, comprehensive 100% company-paid benefits, and growth opportunities in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with municipal water and wastewater systems design and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic project team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Involve facilities design tasks such as treatment facilities, intakes, pumps, mapping, asset management, and permitting.
