Job summary

Jobot in Utah is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead a dynamic team on municipal water and wastewater projects. This hybrid role offers a backlog of work and significant growth opportunities, with a salary range of $120,000 to $175,000 per year and 2 days in the office, 3 from home.

Responsibilities include overseeing design and management of facilities, building strong client relationships, and guiding projects from planning through permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee the design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure the highest standards of satisfaction.
• Engage in a variety of tasks including treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, sanitary sewer design, asset management, and permitting requirements.
