Job summary

Jobot, a well-established firm, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in a hybrid in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team on water and wastewater projects, overseeing design and management of facilities and infrastructure, while building strong relationships with clients.

The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, 8+ years in municipal water/wastewater design, PE licensure (or achievable within 6 months), and AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee the design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Involve in treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, sanitary sewer system design, asset management, and permitting requirements.
