Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to oversee the design and delivery of municipal water and wastewater systems. You will lead a dynamic team and build strong client relationships to ensure project success.

Hybrid role with a backlog of work and growth opportunities; the position offers above-market compensation and 100% company-paid benefits. Candidates with a PE or ability to obtain within 6 months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Involve in treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster stations, regional planning, mapping, sewer design, asset management, and permitting.
