Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for a hybrid role in Houston, TX. Lead a team on water and wastewater projects, oversee design and management of facilities, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

Possess a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree with 8+ years of municipal water/wastewater design experience. PE licensure or plan to obtain within 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technical design of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team focused on water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee the design and management of linear infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, and treatment facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Involve treatment facility design, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, sanitary sewer design, asset management, and permitting.
