Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to lead conveyance projects and manage client portfolios in water/wastewater. You will guide project teams, mentor staff, and drive business development with key clients to win new work while delivering programs on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires a PE license, 20+ years in conveyance/ water & wastewater, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years experience in conveyance/ water & wastewater projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Utah or ability to obtain UT P.E. within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams across conveyance projects.
• Develop and nurture client relationships; drive business development.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout per contract.
