As a senior leader, you will shape cross-functional strategy, partner with executives, and ensure alignment of resources with key initiatives, while accelerating digital and AI-enabled lean improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise business system or operating model.
• Strong knowledge of Strategy Deployment and Hoshin Kanri methods.
• Experience leading large-scale CI/Lean transformations across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise RBS framework, standards, tools, maturity model, and governance cadence.
• Lead Strategy Deployment using Hoshin Kanri to translate strategy into objectives and tactics.
• Drive transformational change with ADKAR and stakeholder alignment across a global footprint.
• Define digital RBS roadmap, analytics, and AI capabilities to automate lean processes enterprise-wide.
• Develop and mentor RBS talent; foster cross-functional coaching and Kaizen leadership.
